# 服务条款

这些条款说明了 Tidelight 提供什么、其研究社区如何运作，以及关于模拟和 Bitget 订单的控制措施。

## 开始之前

Tidelight 会组织研究，并为纸面场景和用户确认的 Bitget 现货订单提供控制。其 AI 可能出错，来源可能过时，模拟结果也不会预测真实结果。你决定是否交易，并且需要自行确认每一笔真实订单。

## 服务

Tidelight 提供市场研究工具、证据摘要、资产视图、策略实验、代理流程、模拟交易功能、社区帖子和消息，以及可选的 Bitget 连接，用于符合条件的现货标的。功能可能因地区、提供方可用性、账户状态或配置而异。Tidelight 与 Bitget 及其他关联提供方相互独立。

## 账户与安全

请妥善保管你的账户和身份验证器，并提供准确的信息。你对使用你的账户授权的活动负责。不要在帖子、消息或 Tide 聊天中放置密码、一次性验证码、API 密钥、口令或私人财务信息。请使用专用的加密连接表单提交 Bitget API 凭证，只授予所需权限，保持提现禁用；如密钥被泄露，请在 Bitget 中撤销。我们可能会限制访问，以保护用户或服务免受滥用。

## 研究与 AI

研究摘要和助手回复仅供参考，可能包含不完整、不正确、过时或相互矛盾的内容。来源匹配只能确认某段文字被抓取到；它并不能单独证明其真实性。请核查原始发布者、时间戳、市场状况以及任何相反证据。Tide 可以解释产品并建议步骤，但不能通过聊天查看你的私人账户、修改设置、批准订单，或充当财务顾问。

## 交易与模拟

纸面余额、回测、Nightwatch 成交和演示资金都是模拟，不是现金，也不是保证可执行的价格。真实的 Bitget 订单可能造成实际财务损失，并且需要你明确确认以及身份验证器检查。价格、流动性、费用、滑点、交易时间、代币发行方条款以及交易所条件可能与显示的估算不同。Tidelight 会限制支持的标的和订单规模，但这些控制并不能消除交易风险。你必须遵守 Bitget 的适用条款以及你所在地区的法律。我们不保证策略的盈利、可用性或适用性。

## 社区行为规范

只发布你有权分享的内容。不要冒充他人、骚扰、发送垃圾信息、发布秘密或私人信息、用虚构证据误导他人，或利用社区操纵市场。公开帖子、回复、个人资料，以及你选择分享的任何 Studio 总计数据，其他人都可以查看和复制。私信仅供参与者使用。我们可能会删除内容或限制账户，以处理滥用行为或法律请求。

## 你的内容

你保留对你的帖子和研究材料所拥有的权利。提交内容即表示你允许 Tidelight 根据你所选择的功能需要存储、处理、显示和传递这些内容，包括向其他用户展示公开帖子。请勿提交侵犯他人权利的材料。外部来源内容仍受发布者的权利和条款约束。请参阅 [隐私政策](/untitled-zh/yin-si-zheng-ce.md) 以了解处理和可见性详情。

## 可用性与变更

功能和外部数据源可能会中断、延迟、变更或移除。我们可能会改进服务并更新这些条款；重大变更应在产品中以更新后的生效日期注明。请避免仅依赖 Tidelight 作为订单的唯一记录，或作为时间敏感财务决策的唯一来源。请直接在 Bitget 上查看交易所订单状态。

## 风险与责任

请自行判断，并在需要时寻求合格的专业建议。服务中的任何内容都不是对特定结果的承诺，也不能替代你自己的尽职调查。在将这些草案条款视为最终协议之前，任何正式的责任限制、适用法律、争议程序或年龄要求都必须经过产品运营方和适当法律顾问的审查与批准。本草案不放弃适用法律赋予你的权利。
